Golf Learning Center & Paddy's Pro Shop is in Cumberland Center, Maine, directly opposite the very popular Cumberland Fairground. The GLC is truly for the Love of Golf, our teaching and learning methods are tailored to the individual as we realize that no two swings are the same. We will bring out the best in you regardless of age, talent, sex or fitness level.
Our PGA Qualified teaching Professionals are dedicated to insuring that you get the most out of your golf game and enjoy yourself in the process. We believe strongly in these four words;

We have golf programs staring with the beginners all the way through to the golfer with sights on the PGA Tour and everybody in between. Many of our students are “Visual Learners” and we have the latest video analysis equipment and launch monitor to show the student what works best for them. Learning golf at any level is an experience that is hard to beat; it also provides vital exercise and strength benefits to all ages.
The Golf Learning Center is the perfect place to learn how to play golf, it is peaceful, unintimidating, has a relaxed atmosphere which all makes the GLC an excellent learning environment.
Our Director of Instruction is Professional PGA Class A Professional Paddy Badcock who is celebrating his 36th year of golf instruction.
Paddy is available 6 days a week Monday thru Saturday, dawn until dusk for all your golfing needs, come into the Clubhouse or call him 829-9116 to book an appointment for a lesson, discuss a learning program, advice on equipment, custom club fitting or club repair.
Our brand New Indoor Teaching & Custom Fitting Bay means you will never have a lesson cancelled again.
See below our indoor Custom Fitting & Teaching Bay, in which the large door to the right opens up to reveal the entire 350 yard driving range for your hitting pleasure. You can take a lesson out of the elements and watch your balls fly out of this area into the range. This indoor hitting bay can also be used for demoing the latest equipment right off the rack and keep demoing until you find the perfect club. Our launch monitor can tell you all you need to know about the club in you hand and how it performs with your own individual swing.
